1. The service
AI-Ranklystix provides AI-assisted SEO/GEO tooling and management of your connected advertising and search accounts (such as Meta and Google). Features may change over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to connect any account you link.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, violate any law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to send spam or prohibited advertising.
4. Third-party platforms
AI-Ranklystix connects to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, and others). Your use of those platforms through AI-Ranklystix is also subject to their respective terms and policies. Ad spend is billed directly by those platforms to your own accounts.
5. AI-generated output
AI-generated suggestions and content are provided “as is” to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content, change, or campaign before it is published or applied. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or advertising results.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans and token/credit purchases are billed via our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges.
7. Intellectual property
AI-Ranklystix and its software, branding, and content are owned by AtoZ INFOWAY INC. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AtoZ INFOWAY INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. On termination, your data is handled per our Data Deletion page.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms apply to users worldwide and are governed by the applicable laws governing AtoZ INFOWAY INC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
