1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, organization, hashed password, billing details.
- Connected-platform tokens — OAuth access/refresh tokens you authorize for the services you link (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads). Tokens are stored encrypted and used only to perform actions you request.
- Advertising & analytics data — campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, performance metrics, search queries, rankings, and account identifiers from the platforms you connect.
- Website & content data — URLs, page content, and SEO metadata you submit.
- Usage data — log data, device/browser information, and feature usage.
2. How we use information
- To provide the service: read and (when you ask) create/edit campaigns, generate SEO/GEO recommendations, track rankings, and produce reports.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To process billing and prevent abuse.
- To improve features and provide support.
We do not sell your personal data or your connected-platform data.
3. AI processing
To generate content and recommendations, text you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek). They process the data to return a result and, per their terms, do not use API content to train their models by default.
4. Third parties we share data with
Only as needed to run the service: the platforms you connect, the AI providers above, search-data providers (e.g., SerpAPI), payment processing (Stripe), and infrastructure/hosting. Each receives only the data required for its function.
5. Data from connected platforms (Meta, Google & others)
When you connect a platform, we access only the scopes you grant and use that data solely to provide AI-Ranklystix features to you. We retain it only while your connection is active. You can disconnect at any time from Ad Connections / Integrations, which revokes our stored token. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. International data transfers
AI-Ranklystix serves users globally. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We apply appropriate safeguards so your data receives a consistent level of protection wherever it is processed.
7. Data retention
We keep account and connected data while your account is active. When you disconnect a platform or delete your account, the associated tokens and synced data are deleted as described on our Data Deletion page (typically within 30 days).
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact info@atozinfoway.ca. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
9. Children
AI-Ranklystix is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Security
Tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted and all traffic uses HTTPS.
